MIZANPEDIA: Jurnal Hukum Ekonomi Syariah is a peer-reviewed and open-access academic journal that publishes various scholarly works and research findings in the field of Islamic Economic Law. This journal provides a platform for the exchange of ideas, theories, and practices related to the development of Islamic law, economic law, and business law from both Islamic and Positive Law perspectives.
This journal is published by Lembaga Penelitian, Penerbitan, dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LP3M) of STAI Nurul Abror Al Robbaniyin (STAINAA), Banyuwangi, Indonesia. Grounded in Islamic values, religious moderation, and pesantren traditions, MIZANPEDIA aims to contribute to the intellectual development of Islamic legal scholarship and the strengthening of sharia-based economic practices that promote justice, balance, and public welfare.
The purpose of this journal is to disseminate conceptual ideas, empirical research findings, and critical analyses that are relevant to the study and application of Islamic Economic Law and related disciplines.
MIZANPEDIA is published twice a year (in January and July), employs a double-blind peer review system, and accepts manuscripts written in both Indonesian and English. This journal is open access, allowing every article to be freely accessed by the public to enrich academic discourse and advance the study of Islamic Economic Law.
