Publication Ethic
MIZANPEDIA: Jurnal Hukum Ekonomi Syariah is a national journal published twice a year in print and online by STAI Nurul Abror Al Robbaniyin Banyuwangi. This statement outlines the ethical responsibilities of all parties involved in publishing, including authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher, based on COPE Best Practice Guidelines.
1. Duties of Authors

Honesty: Present research results accurately, without fabrication or data manipulation.

Originality: Manuscripts must be original and not submitted elsewhere simultaneously. Prior work must be properly cited.

Redundant Publication: Avoid submitting the same research to multiple journals unless agreed by editors.

Acknowledgment of Sources: Credit all data sources and influential publications.

Authorship: Only those who significantly contributed to the research should be listed as authors; all authors must approve the manuscript.

Conflict of Interest: Disclose any financial or other conflicts of interest.

2. Duties of Editors

Publication Decisions: Editors decide based on peer review, relevance, and compliance with journal policy.

Integrity & Confidentiality: Maintain editorial independence, protect confidential information, and avoid conflicts of interest.
3. Duties of Reviewers

Objectivity: Review fairly, provide constructive feedback, and identify missing citations or ethical issues.
