Author Guideline
1. General Requirements

Manuscripts must be original and not previously published.

Manuscripts should be written in Indonesian or English, on A4 paper, single-spaced, 10–20 pages (excluding references).
-
Submit manuscripts via the KHIDMATUNAA OJS system.
-
Authors must complete all required fields in their OJS account.
-
Use the journal template if available.
-
Authors must agree to follow the journal’s editing and peer-review process.
-
References must follow the Chicago Manual of Style, 16th edition. Reference management software (Zotero, Mendeley, EndNote) is recommended.
-
Manuscripts must comply with the journal’s publication ethics and anti-plagiarism policies.
2. Manuscript Structure
2.1 Title
-
Short, clear, informative, ≤15 words.
-
Avoid uncommon abbreviations.
2.2 Author(s) and Affiliation(s)
-
Full names, institutions, addresses, and email.
-
Do not include academic titles or job positions.
2.3 Abstract
-
Bilingual (Indonesian & English).
-
Single paragraph containing: background, objectives, methods, results, conclusions.
-
3–5 keywords (bilingual if abstract is bilingual).
2.4 Introduction
-
Background, literature review (state of the art), research problem, research method.
-
End with study objectives.
2.5 Results and Discussion
-
Present results clearly with sufficient data.
-
Interpret results scientifically.
-
Compare findings with previous studies and discuss differences.
2.6 Conclusions
-
Summarize findings addressing research objectives.
-
Suggest future research directions.
-
Avoid repeating results or abstract verbatim.
2.7 References
-
Only include sources cited in the manuscript.
-
≥80% references from the last 5 years.
-
Use Chicago 16th edition.

3. Additional Notes

Avoid plagiarism. Properly cite all sources. Any plagiarism may lead to rejection.

Manuscripts should include figures, tables, or appendices if necessary. All illustrations must be numbered and cited in the text.

Manuscripts must follow ethical standards for research, including consent and confidentiality when applicable.

Authors are encouraged to carefully proofread manuscripts before submission.
